So, while YES, my boss is finally getting a full-time minion for me and investing heavily in much needed equipment this summer, in the mean time I’m supposed to be “on vacation” and today’s half day is not over yet. I’ve been here for six hours and did not go out for lunch. Oh, did I mention I worked a half day yesterday too?
This is bullshit.
I’m tired and angry, I need a fucking real vacation, so I can fix my goddamn carbs and ride my fucking motorcycle....
the new minion starts this coming Monday, so hopefully we can get him up to speed quick enough that I can take an ACTUAL *NOT COMING IN TO WORK AT ALL* MOTHER FUCKING V. A. C. A. T. I. O. N. before July and the the three weeks of travel I’ll be doing then for training on service of all the new equipment we’ll be installing after the renovation (which we will somehow have to continue production through...) that I’ll become responsible for just before it’s time to hire seasonals and start training them on the new processes and automation systems I’ll supposedly have developed by the (assuming we actually hire one of the (only three) applicants we got for our in-house coder needs...
